By accepting these terms and conditions I, as the client, acknowledge:

I have read, fully understood and accepted these terms and conditions on which AgentSend, the agency and the agent make property information available.

Neither AgentSend, the agent nor the agency make any representation as to the accuracy of information provided to the agent by vendors or third parties except that neither the agent nor AgentSend has any good cause to doubt the accuracy of such information.

The agent and AgentSend warrant that all information currently known to the agent and which should fairly be disclosed is disclosed.

The information is provided by way of assistance only and on the express basis that I, as the client, will obtain independent legal and expert advice before making any commitment in relation to any property.

If I, as the client, elect not to obtain independent legal and expert advice before making any commitment in relation to any property then I will be conclusively deemed to have satisfied myself as to all aspects of the property by my own independent investigations and contrary to the advice of the agent and AgentSend and will buy in reliance solely upon my your own judgment and investigations.

I the client consent to collection by AgentSend, the agent and the agency of all registration particulars provided by me and retention of that information for marketing and sales administration purposes.

I the client consent to the agent and/or AgentSend sending marketing material to me but on the express basis that I shall be entitled to unsubscribe at any time.

Materials are supplied under the following conditions;
1) The material supplied is passed to you on behalf of the vendor however in no way does the vendor or the vendors agent accept any responsibility for the accuracy of the information.
2) The purchaser is advised that they should seek legal and professional advice from the purchaser’s own advisors and are further advised to check with the originators of the material that the information is complete and correct.
3) A LIM or any other report should be in the purchaser’s own name if they want to have any recourse against the issuer/provider or any other persons for omissions or errors that have been relied upon.
